it’s from Urban Outfitters, called “Isabella” lace trim satin blouse, dyed in brown by the Costume Designer Danielle of the show “YOU”. It’s not available anymore but with luck, you may find it on eBay.

That top doesn’t have a stretchy panel on the back. Was that added too?
